Captains
Under the guidance of our captains, our members have the opportunity to participate in various aspects of the clan's operations and contribute to our ongoing success. Captains can then organize groups of members into chapters. We believe that this system provides a supportive and collaborative environment where everyone can thrive and enjoy the benefits of being part of our community.

Moderators
These are people who serve the clan in a custodial sense. This includes activities like maintaining the discord and keeping clan systems (chat, ranks, heraldry) inside the games organized as well as maintaining a non-hostile social environment.

Chapters are the way the specific groups inside of GreySoul identify themselves. These are people usually aligned with a specific goal in mind (Loot, PVP, Hardcore, Region, etc). As it currently stands in the clan, we have GS-West, GS-East & GS-Nordic as larger group identifiers corresponding to region. For everything else, each chapter is assigned a unique Greek letter and is led by a captain who is responsible for coordinating activities and ensuring that members have the resources they need to succeed.

Who can start a chapter?
Anyone in the clan who wants to identify their particular group inside the clan as single unit are encouraged to talk to leadership to work out details and assign a Greek letter.
